4-bedroom shared house, Westmorland Dr

I have been hosting international students for many years. I have had students from many different countries. My current, wonderful PHD student is moving out in August and I am looking for a new student to move into one of the bedrooms in my house. I am a 60 year old teacher/counsellor.

I am now looking for one quiet, friendly, student who enjoys their own space.
This is a quiet, relaxing large house in a beautiful garden in a very safe neighborhood
No parties. Socialise outside the house at cafes etc

You will have your own bathroom and I have my own ensuite at the front of the house.

I am very friendly and like a friendly chat but also love my own space.
No drugs or smoking or vaping.

You will have your own fridge and pantry for your food. You will have your own bathroom.

You must love dogs as my very friendly large dog would like to be your best friend. He never barks, sleeps all day and will love you.

I am very close to Murdoch uni by bus or by walking. South St is a 2 minute walk
( map below isn't accurate). I am very close to the supermarket and the train. The street is Westmorland Dr Leeming

If all goes well, the 12 month lease can be extended and become longer.

This is for a respectful student who would like a lovely quiet space in a lovely house in a lovely neighborhood.
