5 mins walk to Bull Creek Train Station and 12 mins by train to city. 20 mins by bus to Freo.

The available room is at the western end of the house and has a separate entry as well as its own ensuite, so it is very quiet and private.

If you want to move in on your own, then it is $350 per week.
If you are a couple, then it is $360 per week in total.
If you and a friend want to share this room, I can put in two single beds and it costs $360 per week in total.
Other expenses: electricity, water, internet are included.

Owner-occupier is a university English teacher with experience with homestay students. So, great option for independent overseas/homestay students. All occupants (max 4) have full use of the main living area and dining room, kitchen & appliances, lounge, sunroom/gym space and laundry with washing machine.
