3-bedroom shared house, Hargreaves Rd

3 bedroom home. The 3rd room is office and massage chair. I'm a single full time Mon - Fri government worker. 13yr old female dog (Border Collie x King Charles Spaniel) is with me. Your responsibility is keep your area clean and learn. I will do all the property cleaning etc. Unless you want to hehe. My 20 yr old son just moved out to be with friends therefore everything was set up for him. Can be fully furnished if needed.
Only one bathroom but two toilets. I often go out weekends to dance & listen to music. Never bring anyone home. When out at night time my mother looks after my dog. Very family orientated. Area very safe.
Have a queen bed available so will put in the room in case you don't have one. Can make room empty too if preferred.
