I have a room available from 11 February 2026 in lovely 3 x 1 (one used as an office) house with garden, 2 dogs & off-street parking on Kirby Street, Willagee. Furnished with wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair & queens-size mattress. Easy access to Fremantle, Murdoch, Freeway, public transport, etc. Has a lovely back garden with veggie patch, back veranda with bird feeder where Willy-wagtails & honeyeaters snag mealie worms, and front garden with native shrubs. Strictly No smoking/vaping/drugs household.
Cost is $300/week, inclusive of rent, all utilities & Wi-Fi. Only other cost is $15/week for shared incidentals/comestibles.
Only myself, one housemate (maybe you? ) & 2 dogs. A Murdoch Alumni, I used to work as an environmental scientist focussing on the Australian & WA marine & coastal area. Now retrained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist & Mindset/Results Coach. Friendly and up for social chat; also respectful of privacy and space.
