Hello, are you looking for a new place to call home?
I have a new place in Treeby, a 12min drive to Murdoch Uni and 2min to IGA/ 4min Cockburn central. Looking for an additional student/working professional housemate to join us for 12m, on lease and take the spacious master room, which will be $295/wk, not inclusive of bills and wifi. Bills and wifi will be shared when they come in average $80/month. Room will be unfurnished, has a walk in closet and own fancy ensuite.

There are currently 3 of us. Me (F), a final year vet student. 2nd housemate (F) is currently finishing her Masters. Main appliances are shared, aircon available.
Strictly NO parties, this will be a clean, friendly and quiet house. Housemates will have to help out with weekly rostered house cleaning.
