🌸 Student Accommodation in Winthrop – Safe, Warm, Girls-Only Home

We are a friendly family of four – husband, wife and two young girls – living on the ground floor of our beautiful home in Winthrop. We have transformed our entire second floor into a dedicated student accommodation space for girls, offering a safe, calm, and welcoming environment that truly feels like home.

🏡 Your Private Student Level – Second Floor Only

Access is through the front entrance and up a private staircase leading to your own peaceful student area, where you’ll find:

✨ 5 bedrooms - With double/king/queen beds (but only available to rent for 1 girl per bedroom).

✨ 2 full bathrooms (shared with only 1–2 other girls)

✨ Lounge/TV room

✨ Kitchen facilities (newly being set up – furniture and appliances being finalised)

✨ Verandah

✨ Washer & dryer

✨ Ducted air-conditioning, with an upstairs controller + individual room switches

Because we have young daughters, this accommodation is for girls only.

🐶 Important Note – We Have Two Large Dogs

Downstairs, we have two large but extremely friendly dogs. They are gentle, affectionate, and used to children and visitors.
They do not access the upstairs area (or indoor areas you would use to access second floor), but you may see them when entering or using the pool and BBQ area.

For this reason, the home is best suited for someone who:
✔ Is comfortable around dogs
✔ Doesn’t mind seeing them occasionally in the backyard/pool area

They are beautiful and friendly animals — but we understand not everyone likes big dogs, so we want to be transparent.

🌊 Pool & BBQ Area (Optional Use)

You are welcome to enjoy the pool and BBQ whenever you like, as long as you are OK with the presence of our friendly dogs.
This is a lovely space to relax, but please respect house rules:
🚫 No parties
🚫 No outside visitors
🚫 No smoking or vaping
