2 fully furnished rooms available in lovely quiet space in Kardinya. 1 double ($220wk) and one single ($180wk) or $350wk for both includes all bills. Must be vegetarian or vegan and have horticultural skills, preferably with native plants, and be willing to help with gardening and house maintenance for reduced rent. There are a couple of chooks too but they don't need much in the way of care. Could be suitable for a parent(s) and child. (I have WWC certification)
