Potential housemate must be very clean and tidy and respectful of the home environment and the other housemates. It is expected that you will clean up after yourself and contribute to daily/weekly house chores eg taking out the rubbish, sweeping floors.

The back of the home has two large single bedrooms plus a study/sitting room that is for the two students use only.

BEDROOM 1 is a good size bedroom, has BIR, and can be fully furnished with single bed, desk, lamp, draws, partly furnished or unfurnished.
$295 per week plus an additional $35 per week which includes WIFI, electricity, water, bed linen/towels and Eco Incidentals (washing powder, cleaning products, etc). Cutlery, crockery and a variety of kitchen equipment provided if needed. A room door lock can be arranged.

BEDROOM 2 is a large bedroom, has BIR, and can be fully furnished with single or double bed, desk, lamp, draws, partly furnished or unfurnished.
$285 per week plus an additional $35 per week which includes WIFI, electricity, water, bed linen/towels and Eco Incidentals (washing powder, cleaning products, etc). Cutlery, crockery and a variety of kitchen equipment provided if needed. A room door lock can be arranged.

Shared between the students is the bathroom with bath and a seperate toilet.

The photos of the student bedrooms are unfurnished but can easily be furnished if required (I have the furniture in storage close by). All linen can also be provided. Edit ... I have just added a photo of the room that is available with bed and desk.

The communal area is the kitchen, dining room, sitting room, larger sitting room/art room that opens out onto a covered patio with garden and a laundry room. There are fruit trees and a herb garden which are available to you.

The house is Eco friendly with as much as possible natural products used for house cleaning, laundry, home furnishings and linen with little synthetic/plastic products or materials used. The space is very tranquil and quiet with a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

You will be sharing with me. My room is at the front of the house where I also have my private sitting room.

There are two car bays in the driveway and off street parking available.
