4-bedroom shared house, Indigo Bend

Hello, we moved into this house a couple of months ago.
- I am looking to rent out another of the rooms long-term ideally. (room #3 on the images)
- The lounge and kitchen are furnished, as well as washing machine, the bedroom is empty.
- I have included the house layout in the photos so you can see the setup, it is kind of in 2 halves, so the room on offer would share a bathroom & toilet with the other female (she works FIFO, so often not around), and have own kitchen and lounge area, my daughter and I use the other side, so lots of privacy. Also has your own laundry and alfresco area.
This allows for a lot of privacy and peace and quiet.
- the location is a really quiet area, and has a nice park directly opposite house if you like to be outdoors.
- Suited for Murdoch University Students, 20 Min travel, or Workers or whoever.
- I am a Uni student at Murdoch University and work the other days. The other person is a FIFO worker and she is away for 2-3 weeks at a time. At home I watch TV, study, play some playstation. No partying or anything else exciting. You are welcome to have visitors, add some furnishings to your side or whatever to make it more homely if yo want.
- Females only - due to other female sharing bathroom with and my young daughter.
