Large house with 3 separate living areas, lockup shed (for bicycles) and tandem carport space for two cars (negotiable).
10 mins by bus to Murdoch (Bus stop is 200m from house). 5 mins walk to Bull Creek Train Station and 12 mins by train to city.
I am happy to show you around the local area on arrival.

If you want to share with a friend, I can put in two single beds at $200 per person pwk.
If you want the room on your own, with the large bed, then it's $350 per week.
If you want to move in as a couple, then it's $350 pwk in total.

Owner-occupier is an English teacher with experience with homestay students. So, great option for independent overseas/homestay students. All occupants (max 5) have full use of the main living room & TV, kitchen & appliances (2 fridges), lounge, sunroom/gym space, laundry with washing machine and lockable outside shed.
Max 3 occupants sharing main bathroom (owner & green room occupants). Ensuite (to grey room) is only used by occupant/(s) of that room and is currently occupied by a quiet overseas couple.
