I am looking for a student to move into one of the bedrooms in my house. I am a 50 something year old teacher/counsellor.
I have had many students previously and now looking for one quiet, friendly, dog loving female or queer student who enjoys their own space.
This is a quiet, relaxing large house in a beautiful garden in a very safe neighborhood
No visitors. Socialise outside the house at cafes etc
You will have your own bathroom and I have my own ensuite at the front of the house.
I am very friendly and like a friendly chat but also love my own space.
No drugs or smoking or vaping.
You will have your own fridge and pantry for your food.
I have a very old, friendly dog who never barks and loves everyone
I am very close to Murdoch uni by bus or by walking. South St is a 5 minute walk

If all goes well, the 12 month lease can be extended and become longer.
