Hello, are you looking for a new place to call home?
I have a new place in Treeby, a 12min drive to Uni and 5min to IGA/ Cockburn central. Looking for an additional housemate to join us on a 12m lease and take the spacious master room, which will be $265/wk, not inclusive of bills and wifi. Bills and wifi will be shared when they come in. Room will be furnished with a bed, has a walk in closet and own fancy ensuite.

There are currently 3 of us. Me (F), a final year vet student. 2nd housemate (F) is currently studying for her Masters and 3rd (M) just moved to Perth for work. Main appliances are shared.
Strictly NO parties, this will be a clean, friendly and quiet house. Housemates will have to help out with weekly rostered house cleaning.
