3-bedroom shared house, Coronata Drive

Hi, I have a long term #Homestay - ROOM TO RENT - $250 per week plus expenses and 4 weeks bond. In a house with just myself, an older girl, also studying at Uni, 2 cats and a little dog (non barker - well the odd bark), I am looking for someone (singular) who doesnt smoke, is respectful, who has good morals and values. This HOUSE is the classic 1970s AV Jennings brick house, a secure wall at the front and tall locked gates. The house is tiled and airconditioned throughout and clean. The BEDROOM is newly painted and tiled, with a built in wardrobe. It is furnished (optional, you can use your own furniture if you would like) with a very comfortable queen size bed which has always had an expensive protector on it. AND, it has an awesome NEW Daikin inverter split AIRCONDITIONER. It is a shared bathroom and toilet. AND there is the option to share the powered SHED (an extra $50 per week). The rentable SHED portion is 8. 7m², volume about 20m². There is room to add storage racks and to maybe use it as a break out space. PATIO: its massive, has a little pond. PARKING is inside the property behind a locked tall gate. WARNBRO is a secret beach location, such an awesome area to live. TRANSPORT: It is 5 bus stops away from the train station, which is a 25 min ride to Murdoch Station and a quick connect bus to the Uni. Get out of that traffic!!! Its a 5 min drive to the best BEACH, and a 5 min walk to the local swimming pool, Aqua Jetty. This happy home will hopefully be a place for you to feel supported, safe, secure and cool! I havent added many photos of the house for security purposes. I am studying at Uni myself but online. And it is just myself and the fur babies here. We would have a lot in common and it would be fun studying together, cooking our meals - 2 big fridges (meals not included), going to the beach and the doggy park, or not.
