Greetings, our brand new student accommodation will be available shortly. The accommodation will be available early February but viewing can take place mid January. We are waiting to move the furniture in.
The building is designed for a single occupant and would suit a quiet student who wants peace to complete their studies. The accommodation is a 2 storey unit or granny flat. Downstairs has both a ceiling fan and a reverse cycle air conditioner. There is a queen size bedroom opening onto a small courtyard. There is a full size built in robe and under stairs storage cupboard. Featuring an ensuite bathroom and toilet and separate laundry with washing machine. The living area is upstairs (for the view over the park) and includes a full modern kitchen with induction cook top and combined oven /microwave and new fridge.
The living area looks over the park and their is a study nook looking over the roof tops. Upstairs has a ceiling fan and reverse cycle air conditioner. There is off street parking for one vehicle. Video intercom. At the front of the accommodation, we have an entrance to the Bushland Forever Samson Park.
Rental is $390 per week inclusive of reasonable use of internet, electricity and water. If usage is much higher than expected, the next year the rental would be higher. Bond will be 4 weeks rent namely $1560. The accommodation is at the back of our block.
At the end of the street in South Street (150m), the 999 bus goes directly to Murdoch University and the train station. The other way it's 5km to Fremantle Another bus, the 511, is just at the front of the accommodation also goes to Murdoch University (on the other side) or Fremantle .
