FULLY FURNISHED bedrooms with Storage King-Single Beds (2x with drawers and 1x gas-lift) and mattresses (less than 1 year old), all come with necessary bedding and linen. Each room also has Bedside Tables and Drawers, and all rooms have built-in wardrobes.

ENTERTAINMENT SUBSCRIPTIONS - Disney+, and Netflix
**ALSO INCLUDED! ** Kitchen and Laundry cleaning consumables and incidentals such as laundry liquid, dishwashing liquid and products - like sponges, scrubbing brushes, paper towels, spray and wipe etc, and general cleaning supplies. 2x Dyson Vacuum Cleaners and Mop and Buckets available in common areas for use.
CLEANER comes through on a regular basis for routine dusting, vacuuming, mopping, for the kitchen and bathrooms. - (We kindly ask all tenants to assist in keeping the house clean and tidy however in between visits however. )
GARDENER also comes through on an as-needed basis.
PEST CONTROL is taken care of annually as well to minimise bugs and insects.
2x Small Bbq's are also available for use as well as sun lounges for a quiet time in the sun.

The House is owned by Emma and Charlie who currently reside in the property, we're a young married couple in our 30's. We're both ex high level classical dancers, and are highly active and regular gym goers living busy lifestyles. Throughout our lives, both of us have frequently been blessed by other wonderful people willing to open up their homes and provide us with safe and secure homes-away-from-home. Without the generosity of those lovely people could not have lived the lives we have. Now that we're home-owners ourselves, we really want to pay it forward and give others the blessing of a safe and secure, stable place to live and help others achieve their dreams and goals.

As such, the House is not a "traditional share-house" and is not treated like one, we kindly ask all tenants to respect the house and it's contents as if it was their own. It features a large open kitchen and living area and is located in a quiet part of Aubin Grove, with bus stops just a short walk away and super close to Kwinana freeway and Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre. Within walking distance less than 500m away is a local corner cafe, private gym and pharmacy. Just up the road there's a Chinese Takeaway, Bakery, and IGA less than 1km away. Just up Lyons Road 2km away there's also Harvest Lakes Shopping Centre with Woolworths, Bakery, Cafes, Pizza Hut, Barber, Gelare, and more.

All tenants are professional workers/tertiary students and although the house may seem crowded it spends most of it's time empty due to everyone performing long working/studying hours.
