So, you don't need to have anything on you, but your personal items.

The house is very quiet as everyone is working and there are only adults living here.

To terminate the tenancy you need to provide a month prior notice.

Your deposit will be given back to you at the return of your room in a clean state.

Tenants are responsible for keeping the house tidy and clean.
The house is kept very clean thanks to the occupants and the owner checks the cleanliness.
