2-bedroom shared apartment, Dewey Street

Looking for a warm and wonderful housemate to join me in this beautiful 2x1 villa in Shelley.

The house has a furnished lounge room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry but is a (mostly) blank canvas for you to make yourself at home. There is a little backyard that will hopefully become a home to growing veggies in the Spring.

The available room is unfurnished, carpeted and has been used as a spare room for the last 3 years. It has a big window that looks into the backyard, so is super private!

The bathroom is shared but kept sparkling and there is plenty of cupboard space to fill with bits and bobs.

It's located in the gorgeous suburb of Shelley. The villa is a 5 minute walk down to the river, 10 minutes drive to Curtin University and 15 minutes to Murdoch University or the Airport. It's in a small complex with lovely neighbours and beautiful scenery. Surrounded by bus stops, and with lots of guest and street parking to get around.

Currently the lease runs until the beginning of February 2025, however the home has a lovely real estate & landlords that have so far renewed each year for 12 months.

My name is Marnee and I am 24 years old Aussie. I work as a librarian and also freelance in filmmaking in my spare time. I grew up in Northern WA and have been living in Perth since 2019. I studied a Bachelor of Creative Media at Murdoch from 2019 - 2021 Often described as a "bit of a nana", I spend most of my non-working time drinking tea, reading books, trying to learn a new craft, trying not to pass out at the gym, playing Mario Kart, or watching movies. I am quiet and love to keep the house tidy.

I am not a drinker or smoker, and not a party person. I occasionally have female friends over for dinner/movie nights/board games, but most of the time the house is pretty quiet.
