And you must prepare to share the attached ensuite with just another tenant(female) only. Your weekly rental also included an open parking lot in the front of the premises..
If you like to lease the room, please introduce or tell us more about yourself as we try to fit the prospective tenant in with the age or social demographic of the current other tenants living in the premises. This is because we have an obligation to ensure that the other tenants at the property are comfortable living with the new prospective tenant. Thanks and greatly appreciated. Ideally, I’m looking for someone/s to stay at least six months, a non smoker, and not too noisy let me know if you have any questions. Thanks. •
