There is a spot to park your car in the frontyard.

Cockburn Gateway Shopping is 3kms away, can get there via bus or walk/cycle.
Cockburn Gateway Shopping have wide variety of retail stores, a food market & dining options.
Murdoch University is about 40mins away via bus & train, otherwise it's a 8mins drive.
Hospitals - Fiona Stanley and St John of God are also nearby, all less than 10mins drive.
Perth City is about 20+kms away, 23mins via car, or 50mins via bus/train transportation.
There is a dedicate cycle path from SouthLake all the way to the city.
