3-bedroom shared house, Kaalak Lane

I'm a 72 yo pensioner, recently retired social worker. Fit and active. Looking to supplement my pension by renting a room in my 6 yo house to a student. It is a quiet street, 1k from station and about 3k from Murdoch and Tafe Campus. There are parks and walkways close by. I will furnish the carpeted room with new furniture, to include a double bed, bedside chest, desk and chair. Large fitted wardrobe with mirror doors. You will have sole use of the main bathroom except when I have friends visit, maybe 2 or 3 times a week. Shared living space but I do spend a lot of time in my study. Ceiling fan and venetian blinds. New bedding. Fast internet connection. Small rear garden with sitting area under cover. A small friendly dog, bichon frise, and ragdoll cat also live here. On street parking in off road space. Can negotiate providing evening meals on weekdays and household items for extra cost. I've uploaded a photo of my dog because I'm having trouble uploading a picture of the room!
