6-bedroom shared house, College Corner

I am subletting my leased ensuite in O'Connor. This ensuite comes with a spacious single bed, a personal bathroom and outside patio area. The house is cozy and I am currently living with females aged between 22-25 years (mainly Students from Murdoch University). We share the living room, kitchen and laundry area. The house is tidy, well organised and most basics are provided including a pillow, quilt and kitchen appliances/utensils. There is also a parking space available.
