Looking to share house with 2 single rooms, available late jan 2020. Will update pics when landlord furnishes the place.
Must be clean and tidy.

Just opposite uni, walking 5-8mins.
Fully furnished with basic furnitures:
Single bed, build in wardrobe, desk and chair.
2 rooms share 1 bathroom.
Furniture: fridge, sofa, tv, microwave, dining table and chairs, washing machine.
Small pets considered.
Parking available: 3 cars

Bills are not inclusive in rent, with wifi which are split with 3 others, avg ~$20/wk.
Minimum stay is 6mths, preferably 10 mths (2 semesters).
