Description
My house has two large living areas and a large outdoor area, so you can always find a quiet place to yourself. It is a short walk to the river and about 10 minute drive to Murdoch University and about 20 minutes to Curtin and 30 minutes to UWA. You would have your own bathroom and toilet and your own under cover parking bay. Wifi is free, but you would need to contribute 50% to other household bills. You would need to share the cleaning. The room is currently furnished with a single bed and a bookshelf and has a good sized built in wardrobe. We could work out other furniture requirements together.
I like a quiet life and do not want big parties at my house. I like to meditate often but I'm not vegetarian, I'm not into household minimalism and I do quite enjoy a drink every now and then. I have a cat and fish, but I cant accept any other pets.
