Hi and Welcome!

This is a comfortable, peaceful, quiet and relaxed house. Besides myself, the housemates are all female students.

Everyone here is considerate, calm and respectful. This home has been housing Curtin students for over 8 years, and Murdoch students for the past one year. There are two Murdoch students living here currently, who joined last year and have just extended till Dec 2022.

Public Transport: A direct bus from the city stops at the driveway, and buses to Curtin University and Canning bridge train station (to go to Murdoch Uni) stop a minute's walk away, and come every 5 minutes! (in peak hours) and 20 minutes(off peak). There are two newish ladies bicycles here which you can use to go to the shops. If you don't have a car, we are happy to take you grocery shopping any day of the week.

Manning is a safe suburb, with a decent neighbourhood, but the house has additional security features - CCTV system for the outsides, alarm, and a video intercom for the front door. This place is close to a library, a few different parks, an easy walk to the river, Waterford Plaza (1 km), and also Manning shops (600m).

The living areas are large, so you can spread out and relax. The house has central ducted air conditioning, for summer and winter use, and this is also ducted in the bedrooms. There are two large living areas, two dining areas, spacious kitchen, a separate laundry room with a washing machine, clothes dryer, garment steamer, iron etc.

There's good quality furniture throughout including a HD 3D 55" TV in the lounge room, a 50" in the living room, a clean kitchen with modern appliances, and half a fridge and freezer just for you plus a spare fridge that is seldom used.

The rooms available now are the cool blue room ($180) with an awesome solid polished wood elegant Queen bed, and the pretty pink room ($170) with a single bed and loads of room around to practice yoga or have a bit of a dance if you like.

100% of all utility bills are included in the rent.
NBN Connected. Minimum 200 Mbps full fiber Ultra fast plan, tri band - beam forming router, strong WiFi - unlimited internet, so game, stream Ultra HD movies and enjoy. Electricity, gas, water and good vibes also included free.

We offer an exceptionally peaceful home environment.... But it will not suit couples, people with furniture, kids, pet owners (really sorry), employees who are not students, casual/part time student who have a small study load, or students who don't take their studies seriously.

Longer stay is preferred for a stable house, without people coming and going every few months. Min 6 month stay for both rooms apply. If you are an international student who likes to go home during end of year break, you will love the holiday deal that's offered here (some rent free weeks!!! )

If you are genuinely interested, it's worth a visit.
It's not so much the cost of the rent which matters, but the people, quiet atmosphere suited for studying, peace and comfort which surrounds you that matters more.
