The home is a five minute walk to the bus stop on Ranford Road and a fifteen minute bus trip to Murdoch University from there.

It is a four bedroom plus study modern two story home and the only other occupants are the owner who is a full time working male (Aus. ), his partner who is a full time working female (Thai) and a 23 yo Curtin University Student from Malaysia (female). Oh and Samara the cat.

There is off road parking, rear patio, a bar-b-q and a swimming pool.

There are three spare bedrooms upstairs which share a bathroom and toilet.

The available room has a single bed, bedside table and lamp, bookshelf, desk with light, tall boy and a very large built in robe with shelf and hanging space.

This area is also closed off from the rest of the house.

Downstairs is a kitchen, laundry, meals, family and games room which are all available for use.

At this stage looking for one more person only.

The third bedroom has been set up to accommodate a visiting family if required.

Owner's background is Engineering and he is more than happy to assist if necessary with studies and teaching the English language.
