5-bedroom shared house, Stembridge Way

Ours is an elegant modern home, situated in a quiet neighborhood in Canning Vale.

The bus stops are just a minute’s walk from our house, with buses to Murdoch and Maddington train stations and a direct bus to Perth City.

It is just 2-3 minutes’ walk to the Vale Shopping Precinct, which has 2 large supermarkets and about 8 restaurants with cuisines from around the world including Italian, Malaysian, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Japanese, Nando’s, Pizzas, Baskin Robins, etc. , to name a few.

There are three medical practitioners in the area, a dentist, and a pharmacy. There are two big supermarkets within walking distance. There is also a foot spa, and a beauty salon.

We have three spacious bedrooms, all with built-in / walk in wardrobes. There are two bathrooms and two toilets, which is to be shared between the occupants of the three bedrooms.

We have a gas hot water system and evaporative air-conditioning for the entire house.

Full functional kitchen with electric oven is available for the students’ use and fridge space can be made available if required. There is a separate games room with a TV and video player where they can enjoy the movies on Netflicks, YouTube and Local Channels.

The students can use our washing machine and dryer.

We have a large patio at the rear of the house, overlooking the back garden with fruit trees.

All students are welcome to use the common areas of the entire house as needed.

Parking space available on our front garden for two to three cars.

Breakfast and dinner can be provided either regularly on a monthly basis or when desired, for a small charge.
