We are 15 mins away by car to Perth City, Fremantle, beautiful beaches and 5 golf courses. We are 20 mins away by car to Perth Airports, University of WA & Notre Dame University. You won't be far from the best Perth has to offer!
The Granny Flat is totally private with its own access. It is self-contained and boasts an equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom, fridge, laundry, dryer, reverse cycle air conditioner, water purifier and other creature comforts.

The room rate quoted is for single person only.

Complimentary fortnightly (2 weeks) cleaning.

Our granny-flat is 100% private and spacious. It has its own private entrance (stair access only), beautiful en-suite bathroom, equipped kitchen, TV/lounge area, open dining and private outdoor area. Relaxing after a long day is easy in this comfortable space. The Granny Flat is perfect for business travellers, couples, or couples with kids. The king size bed and pull-out sofa bed will also sleep 3 adults comfortably.
