Quiet street in cul de sac. Bus stop 2 minute walk , bus 207 goes directly to Murdoch University and South street and takes 15 minutes. It is a 10 minutes’ walk to Livingstone Shopping Centre. This is a spacious modern 3 bedroom home with office and three living areas, two which are private with French doors, two bathrooms and large undercover outdoor area.
I am a single woman with a 24 year old son. I attend church. My son sleeps in a room with toilet next to the house and keeps to himself.
Master bedroom with king sized bed, walk in robe and en suite. Private lounge near master bedroom. Price is $ 165. Internet included. Happy to help with transport if able. The wall is now painted cream not brown as in photo.
Single room has window to the outdoor area. There is a TV in the room and desk and tall boy cupboard. Maybe able to change furniture. Will need to share the bathroom.
Bills included within reasonable limits excluding electricity bill to be shared in summer approx $5 per week.
