$190 amount is for one person and includes you doing 30 minutes of cleaning in communal house areas per week and cleaning your own room.
That figure includes moderate use of electricity, gas and internet.
Other variations are possible, we can discuss these if you like.
A longer lease is very likely available.

Bedroom available is master bedroom measuring 3. 57m X 3. 23m.
Walk-In-Robe is 1. 65m X 1. 47m and has 2. 5m of hanging space and shelving above that.
Ensuite has w/c, shower, handbasin, vanity unit, mirror and is 1. 95m X 1. 65m
The last 4 photos are of the bedroom that is available. The fabric wall-hanging is changeable.

Space for driveway parking.

Mature and reliable housemate/s sought.
