One level brick house is fully furnished with big living and dining/family rooms, both with comfy sofas. Cook in the large contemporary kitchen, with a big pantry and laundry cupboard to store your stuff. Bathroom has separate shower and bathtub, you will share with one other lodger. Separate toilet. Huge backyard and garden, with outdoor furniture setting that seats 10 under cover, and large clothesline. Help yourself to free fruit and veges from the garden! Reliable washing machine in the separate laundry. House has evaporative air conditioning throughout all main living areas (including in one of the available bedroom), and gas heater in the living room. Our place backs onto South Street with a sheltered bus stop to Murdoch Uni, Bull Creek shopping centre, Murdoch train station, Curtin Uni, FS and SJOG hospitals, right outside the back gate. You'll be living with a retired couple, so this place suits those who need a quiet, clean place to study. Sorry, no couples, kids or short-term stays.
