- Room unfurnished, can fit a queen-sized bed (has desk, closet & ceiling fan), rest of house fully furnished (has oven, dishwasher, washing machine.... )

- Located just off South Street, walking distance to Murdoch uni & Winthrop Gardens Shopping Centre, short bus ride to Murdoch Train Station, Kardinya Shopping Centre & Freo

- House is occasionally messy, but not too bad

- Big backyard/veggie garden + chooks

- Looking for someone who is chilled, sociable, enjoys a beer or two, occasional parties, but respects exam periods & working days.

- $103/week, excluding bills which are shared equally among the housemates

- You'll make life long friends living here. All past and present housemates have great friendships!
